Chinese Immersion School

Here are some helpful links for your Chinese Immersion Student

Mandarin Matrix– This is the online Mandarin program that we are going to use as daily learning. Teachers are working on getting the school wide access. More information will go home soon.

Zoom – As part of the Distance Learning, students will be able to “meet” in a video chat with both their teachers, as well as their classmates. Much of the interactive instruction will take place via Zoom.

Headsprout – The program administers a placement test and utilizes that information to deliver effective, interactive online episodes. Students will learn reading fundamentals and comprehension skills that they will use to become successful readers.

Mystery Science – This website offers open-and-go lessons for students of all ages to help engage and inspire kids to love science.
 

Typing.com – Students can sign up for a free account at the
website which is used to teach and improve keyboarding skills.

Flocabulary – The website offers a library of hip hop songs, videos and activities for K-12 online learning of various subjects.
